Our Mission

nuteenourish empowers young people with clear, practical, and responsible nutrition education so they can make informed decisions about their health, performance, and future.

Our Vision

We envision a future where high-quality nutrition education is a normal, expected part of adolescence — not an afterthought. That means nutrition woven into school health curricula, community workshops and youth camps held regularly in libraries and neighborhoods, free online resources available to any teenager who wants them, and short-form educational content that meets young people where they already are. It means partnerships across youth organizations, libraries, schools, and health educators working toward a shared goal. Most of all, it means teenagers who feel confident — not confused — when they think about food, and a youth-led organization built to keep growing long after its founding members move on.
